What photo quality do I need?
Ideally: sharp, good light, eyes clearly visible. Normal smartphone quality is usually enough. If blurry we give feedback — often still doable.
We have multiple pets — can they all be in one portrait?
Yes. Up to 3 pets in standard format, more on request. If never photographed together, we compose from single photos.
Can deceased pets be portrayed?
Yes, an important part of our work. Memorial portraits help many pet owners remember. We work with particular sensitivity from memorial photos.
How long does a pet portrait take?
~3–5 weeks from photo upload: 5–7 days sketch, 14–21 days painting (standard), plus drying and shipping.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Two safety levels: free sketch review. If the finished painting doesn't convince, we re-paint or refund fully.
Can you paint in realistic-photographic style?
Yes, our standard for pet portraits. Realistic fur texture, eye expression, pose. On request also impressionist or modern.
Can the pet be with a person on the portrait?
Yes, gladly. Pet with person is a beautiful combination. Note: counts as multi-person portrait, priced accordingly.
