Painting & photo template
5 questionsAs a rule, the painting is created exactly according to your photo template. However, if you would like to adjust the background or other details, you can simply let us know using the comments field when ordering. As these are handmade oil paintings, certain artistic deviations from the original photo are possible - this is exactly what makes each work unique.
Yes, in principle any image can be converted into a painting. If your template does not belong to the standard categories, please select the category «desired picture». During the examination by our experts, it may happen that we have to make minor adjustments to ensure optimal implementation. In such cases, we will contact you by e-mail to coordinate everything together.
Yes, this is possible without any problems. Just let us know what changes you would like when you order - our artists will be happy to realize your ideas.
Naturally. Our artists can combine people from different sources and photos in a single painting. Simply send us your photos and wishes via the «Individual request» category - we will take care of the rest.
Colorization of black and white photos is possible at any time. To do this, please forward your image via the «Individual request» category so that we can discuss the desired colors and details with you.
Order & Price
4 questionsThe prices are calculated based on your individual size (length and width) and, for certain categories, on the number of motifs or people. Of course, you can see the final price before you add the product to your shopping cart - full transparency with no hidden costs.
When ordering, you have the option of ordering a frame. If you do not select a stretcher frame or full frame, your painting will be carefully rolled and delivered as such.
The higher the resolution and quality of your photo template, the more detailed our artists can realize your work. Of course, we also work with older or lower quality templates - just let us know your requirements.
The configurator supports all common image formats (JPG, PNG, WEBP etc.). If there are any difficulties with uploading, please contact us via e-mail to contact us.

2 questionsWe have the right specialist for every category. ArtMinded makes every effort to participate in art events worldwide and to find the best artists. The majority of our work is carried out in Switzerland, but there are categories where we have experts in Europe, America and Asia.
They are trained painters who do not produce assembly line work, but high-quality, hand-made paintings. We know each artist personally.
There is no fixed number - many things are feasible. It is important to consider the factors of size and cost. If the number of people, objects or animals exceeds 4, we recommend that you contact us via the «Individual request». We can then discuss the feasibility of your wishes together.
Shipping & delivery
5 questionsOur shipping partner for Switzerland-wide shipments is Swiss Post and DHL. For international shipments we work together with UPS. All paintings are carefully packed to ensure safe transportation.
For standard shipping within Switzerland, there are no separate packaging and shipping costs. For shipping outside Switzerland, we charge shipping costs depending on the size of the painting.
As soon as your painting is finished, we will send you a preview. The finished painting will only be sent once you have given your approval. In this way, all your wishes are taken into account before dispatch.
Please bear in mind that oil paintings require drying times. We always try to adhere to the stated delivery dates. Should there be any correction requests on your part, the delivery time will be extended by a few days.
All our paintings are handmade. All details are carefully considered. In addition, there are processing times and the necessary drying times for the paint. In order to meet the highest quality standards, we need this time - your work of art deserves it.
Damage & repair
2 questionsYour artwork is of course insured. Nevertheless, we ask you to check the shipment immediately upon receipt. If you discover any defects, please inform us immediately. We will help you with your claim in an uncomplicated manner.
In the event of self-inflicted damage, it is unfortunately not possible for us to restore the painting to its original condition. In this case, we recommend that you commission a new painting. However, if only the stretcher frame is damaged, we will be happy to replace it and re-stretch the painting for you. The cost is CHF 49 plus shipping.
